Civil Supervisor Ikin Civil is an established civil contractor with over 15 years’ experience delivering projects across Far North Queensland. Due to continued growth and ongoing local work, we are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our Mareeba-based team. This is a hands-on role overseeing day-to-day site operations across a range of civil projects. You’ll be working with a practical, experienced team focused on safe delivery, quality outcomes, and keeping jobs moving. About the Role You will take responsibility for running day-to-day site activities, coordinating crews, plant, and subcontractors, and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. This role suits someone who is confident leading from the ground, enjoys being hands-on, and can keep civil projects running smoothly in a fast-paced site environment.
